The gateway

The gateway uses idempotency controls to prevent duplicate supplier emails. A failed send is never silently rewritten: it is shown as failed and retried explicitly.

Failure reports are consent-based with a full payload preview before anything goes out. No opaque telemetry, no "anonymous diagnostics": if something leaves your machine, you saw it first.
